What to Expect From a Quantum Biofeedback Session

If you’re considering Quantum Biofeedback, you probably want a clear answer to one question:


What actually happens in a session?


Sessions are simple, non-invasive, and focused on helping your body shift out of strain and toward stability.


They can be done in person or virtually.

Before the Session

Before your session, you’ll complete a short intake form to outline your main concerns.


No special preparation is required.


You don’t need to fast, change medications, or adjust your routine.


Arriving hydrated is recommended.

During the Session

Sessions typically last 60 or 90 minutes.


You remain fully clothed and either seated or lying comfortably.


Sensors are placed externally (head, wrists, ankles) for in-person sessions.


During the session:


  • the device performs a real-time scan of how your body is responding
  • areas under the most strain are identified 
  • balancing frequencies are introduced to support those areas 


The session is passive.


You don’t need to focus, control your breathing, or actively do anything.


In some sessions, Polychromatic Light Therapy may be added to complement the biofeedback work.


It is used to support areas under strain, particularly when recovery or tissue support is needed. 

Light Therapy

In-Person and Virtual Sessions

Both formats follow the same structure and intention.


In-person sessions:


  • include physical sensors 
  • provide direct signal input through the device 


Virtual sessions:


  • are done remotely 
  • follow the same process without physical sensors 


The choice depends on access and preference, not effectiveness.

What the Session Is Focused On

Sessions are not about addressing everything at once.


They focus on:


  • identifying where the system is under the most strain 
  • supporting that primary weak link 
  • allowing the rest of the system to begin stabilizing 


As one area improves, others often begin to follow.

How the Session May Feel

Most people experience the session as:


  • deeply relaxing 
  • neutral, like resting 
  • calm with subtle shifts in awareness 


After a session, some people notice:


  • feeling tired (especially when coming in with tension) 
  • feeling clearer or more settled later in the day or next day


Occasionally, emotional release can happen, but it is not required.


There is no “right” way to feel.


Changes can be subtle and build over time.

  • Improved sleep
  • More stable energy
  • Clearer thinking
  • Reduced reactivity to stress
     

Others notice gradual changes over multiple sessions.


Your response depends on overall stress load, recovery capacity, and lifestyle.


Rest and hydration after the session are recommended.

How Many Sessions Are Typically Needed?

There is no fixed number.


Some people come for a single session.


Others choose a short series to support ongoing stabilization.


Sessions are guided by:


  • how your body responds 
  • your current level of strain 
  • your goals 


In practice, a small series of sessions often allows the body enough consistency to begin stabilizing more effectively.

What Quantum Biofeedback Is — and Is Not

Quantum biofeedback:


  • does not diagnose medical conditions 
  • does not replace medical care 
  • does not force change 


It is a supportive method used to help the body regulate and recover more efficiently.


It is best understood as a supportive, exploratory approach focused on regulation and adaptability.
