After my major cancer surgery, I turned to quantum biofeedback therapy with Adriana, and it made a world of difference in my recovery. Not only did it help me to sit down comfortably soon after the surgery, but it also alleviated my pain and significantly shortened my recovery time. The doctors were amazed at how quickly I recovered compared to their initial predictions.
During my recovery, I faced several complications that sometimes went undetected by my doctors. However, with Adriana's quantum biofeedback sessions, I could identify and address these issues effectively. I vividly remember one session that brought immediate relief from a particularly troubling complication, which was a huge comfort.
Thanks to Adriana and quantum biofeedback, my recovery was smoother and faster than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend this therapy for anyone recovering from major surgery.

Adriana helped and is continuing to help me a lot during my cancer treatment and with my arthritis pain. The results are undeniable and I am a true believer in biofeedback and light therapy. And to top it all, she is one of the most caring, selfless individuals I have ever met!

After more than 2 years of treatments (chemotherapy, radiation and immunotherapy), I’m happy and grateful to share with you that I am in remission! Got to ring the bell!
Thankful to God, my beloved children and grandchildren, my sister, my mother (who’s praying for me every night), my dear friends (you know who you are!), my doctors and nurses and all the kind people who took care of me and will continue to monitor me, and to Adriana Costin and AB Synergy, who also played an important role in getting me to where I am now! And I’m sure Eugen and my beloved grandma had something to do with it too!

Not familiar with bio feedback, I was a bit skeptical but that was soon assuaged. Bio feedback is an FDA approved modality and very informative.
Using the system, Adriana Costin identified tell tails about conditions that I knew to be true, but we never discussed prior. She further was able to identify other possible issues that I was not yet aware.
While there are varied reasons to use bio feedback, these possible, but not yet known identifiers were the most important for me.
We have all heard stories from people lamenting “had they only known sooner”. The problem is that we often don’t take action until the symptoms appear, which is often too late. But it is also useful in monitoring general health. This fascinating system can identify out of the normal range signals that would have required many and varied types of expensive testing to duplicate, if one knew to actually look for them.
Adriana Costin was very professional, thorough, and client focused in her holistic approach. She went well beyond my expectations to tailor the experience to me personally.
Bio feedback was of value to me, but value is based on one’s own opinion as above. So I would recommend contacting Ms. Costin to see how bio feedback might address your concerns. Discover what you don’t know.

I visited AB Synergy many times over the course of several months for both Reiki and Biofeedback sessions. Each session helped to relieve my symptoms and provided me with an insight on what was going on within my body. I would recommend to anyone with ongoing/chronic conditions that may or may not have responded well to more traditional treatments. They definitely helped me so much!

My sister is a patient with advanced ovarian cancer and received AB Synergy treatment a year ago. During the treatment, AB Synergy gave her meticulous care. In particular, Reiki's treatment effect is very obvious, greatly reducing her pain. AB Synergy's service is very attentive and enthusiastic. The patient not only felt relaxed and comfortable physically, but also received great comfort and great positive energy from the spirit. Other AB Synergy's services such as Light Therapy and Biofeedback Training also top-notch, with obvious therapeutic effects.

I visited AB Synergy last Monday. My left hip pain was killing me. I finally decided to go to AB Synergy after several days the pain kept waking me up at night.
Ms Adriana used her biofeedback system checked me. At the same time the Polychromatic Light Therapy was applied to my left hip. The biofeedback was very accurate. It not only reported my hip issues, also found out other issues even I didn’t realize.
What I want to say more here is the Light Therapy. Because it is amazing how quickly it helped my hip recover. After the first time Light Therapy the pain at my left hip immediately got much better. The best part is the Light Therapy pad can be home rental. I could use it at my home every day without traveling. The second day, I did lights therapy before I went to bed. I had whole night sleep without pain. I was so happy. The third day is my yoga day. I did Light Therapy a couple hours before my yoga class. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel much difference between my left hip and right hip during yoga.
I just love the Lights Therapy. I use it a couple of times every day. I couldn’t imagined my hip could recovered so soon.
This week we had so many cold raining days. My lower back pain came back on Thursday. The whole morning I couldn’t stand straight and couldn’t sit too. In the afternoon I finally got time for the Light Therapy. I put the Light Therapy pad on my low back. After 30 minutes, I was able to go out walk my dog. If this is not my own experience, I won’t believe it.
Thank you so much Ms Adriana! The Light Therapy is amazing!

About Us
Adriana Costin
Adriana Costin is a holistic practitioner based in the Austin area and certified by the Board of Advanced Natural Health Sciences. She has been practicing Quantum Biofeedback for over seven years.
She works with people who continue to struggle with health issues even after trying different medical approaches.
Using Quantum Biofeedback, Adriana observes how the body is responding to stress in real time and uses that feedback to support the system in a more individualized way. When appropriate, she also integrates Polychromatic Light Therapy to support recovery and stabilization in areas under strain.
Her interest in natural healing began early in life through caring for injured animals and exploring supportive natural approaches within her family.
Years later, witnessing a close friend navigate incurable cancer deeply changed the way she viewed health, recovery, and the need for more personalized support.
Before entering holistic work, Adriana spent many years as a teacher, where observation, pattern recognition, and individualized support became central to how she works with people today.
Outside her practice, Adriana is a mother of two and remains committed to ongoing education and continued refinement of her work.
Bogdan Marta
Reiki Master & Certified Polychromatic Light Therapist
Bogdan Marta is one of the co-founders of AB Synergy, who brings together the worlds of science and spirituality. With a college degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Nanobiology, Bogdan’s approach is deeply grounded in an understanding of the natural laws that govern everything from galaxies to microorganisms. His pragmatic, rational mindset, shaped by his scientific background, took an unexpected turn when he encountered the spiritual world early in life.
As a child, Bogdan met a Reiki Master who offered him an initiation attunement. Skeptical and dismissive, Bogdan accepted the offer jokingly, only to experience powerful sensations in the days that followed—an awakening that he could no longer ignore. This encounter sparked his journey into Reiki, leading him to dedicate years of study and practice to become a Reiki Master himself. His commitment to helping others deepened further when a close friend was diagnosed with incurable cancer, and Bogdan found himself searching for ways to support those facing such difficult journeys. This experience amplified his desire to offer meaningful, compassionate support to others.
In addition to his Reiki practice, Bogdan is a Certified Polychromatic Light Therapist, accredited by the Board of Advanced Natural Health Sciences. He is also currently training for Health and Wellness Coaching through NBHWC, empowering clients to achieve transformative journeys through science-backed strategies. His unique blend of scientific knowledge and spiritual insight enables him to offer a holistic approach to well-being, combining the wisdom of energy healing with the precision of modern light therapy.
